Herb Jelly - Muskoka Mint Jelly
Fresh from my Muskoka garden, the aromatic flavour of mint leaves is delicious and intense. Perfect with grilled or roasted lamb, tossed into a stir fry or stirred into fresh cooked peas.
Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Cider Vinegar, Fruit Pectin, Mint (ingredients go by weight but please know there is A LOT of mint in each jar!)
