Culinary Sea Salts from family owned and operated SaltWest Naturals on Vancouver Island. Harvested in small batches off the coast of Sooke, BC with some varieties accented with local organic herbs.

Many varieties are delicious on meat, fish or poultry.  The Salted Caramel Chocolate is incredible over chocolate cake, brownies, ice cream with chocolate sauce - basically with anything chocolate!  For the creme de la creme of finishing salts - try the Raincoast Flor de Sal - it will not disappoint!
