Herb Jelly - Cucumber Herb Jelly
This unique and delicious jelly is a lovely blend of cucumbers and delicate herbs. While wonderful with cheese and crackers, the distinct flavour of dill makes it an ideal glaze for fish, lamb and pork.
Ingredients: Sugar, Fresh Cucumbers, Cider Vinegar, White Vinegar, Water, Pectin, Lemon Juice (no sulphites), Garlic, Herbs.
